Andrew Sculthorpe
With 30 years’ experience up his sleeve, Andrew is the perfect combo of communications practitioner, accountant and business advisor. He takes the lead in delivering imageseven’s ‘insight’ programs with the same passion and drive as he dedicates to his beloved sport of cricket. It’s just a shame he barracks for the wrong team!
Luka Afford
Luka and her young family have traded Darwin’s tropical charm for their hometown of Adelaide, enjoying cosy winters and swim-friendly beaches in summer. As the former Marketing Manager of an independent school, she truly understands the unique challenges and pressures faced by school advancement teams. Luka brings an enthusiasm for all aspects of marketing and communications but really shines in copywriting, branding and optimising user experience.
Carrie Anderson
Carrie is the finance guru of imageseven. With a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of South Africa up her sleeve, she has been part of the furniture for longer than she cares to remember. Her finance and management prowess have shaped the way imageseven does pretty much everything behind the scenes. An award-winning triathlete, she knows how to deal with any obstacles in her path, find the best course and come out in front.
Charlie Bennison
Charlie’s media background spans radio, print and digital, giving her a sharp ear for what makes messages resonate. She thrives on building genuine connections that help clients find their voice and tell their story with confidence. Chatty by nature and always up for a good trivia night, she knows that communication works best when it’s clever, engaging and full of personality.
Jacinda Crabb
With a degree in Journalism and Public Relations, Jacinda spent many years chasing news stories before landing in community relations where her creative passion for crafting messages was switched on. Having worked in diverse sectors including remote and regional electricity provision, she knows how to make powerful connections for her clients and add spark to communications. She harnesses that same energy to keep up with her young family and young-at-heart kelpie.
Jose Caceres
Jose caught the design and development bugs early, earning a degree in Multimedia Design. A self-professed ‘nerd in denial’, even he can’t deny how excited he gets about well-executed design. With experience in digital art direction, video production, motion graphics and website creation, Jose will multitask your multimedia to new heights. He’s also a keen cook who can design your dinner with the same excellence as he designs your website.
Lindy Chu
Lindy is a communications professional who knows data and project management. She brings insight, energy and tenacity to finding and implementing the best solutions for her clients, as well as becoming their personal cheer squad. Lindy applies that same steely determination to serving up a storm on the badminton court.
Julian Danylak
Jules is a direct response marketer with several years of experience helping online education companies scale. As part of imageseven’s digital team, he loves A/B split tests, asking ChatGPT around 562 trivial questions per day, and crawling his way from B1 to B2 level Portuguese.
Marianne Dufosse
With a Bachelor’s in Digital Project Management, Marianne is passionate about visual and digital design. Seeking balance and harmony, she seamlessly blends creativity with precision, and versatility with discipline, to ensure every design detail hits the mark. Originally from France, Marianne swapped cobblestones for the sandy beaches in 2019, exploring Australia’s coastline before settling in Perth. Whether she’s perfecting a layout, demonstrating her competitive spirit in the boxing ring or restoring a vintage piece of furniture, Marianne’s drive and attention to detail ensure every project lands with impact.
Suzanne Fisher
With almost 20 years in marketing and communications across tourism, education, wine, sport and agricultural sectors, Suzanne knows how to help brands take root, grow and bear fruit. A brand strategist with a flair for storytelling, she thrives on uncovering what helps Schools grow — assessing structures, skills and systems to reveal hidden gaps, refine resources and turn good marketing into great results. Like her veggie patch, Suzanne nurtures ideas and relationships until they’re truly thriving.
Shelley Garcia-Webb
With 20 years’ experience in education marketing, Shelley knows schools. An accomplished copywriter and uniquely talented as a strong strategic thinker, she is skilful in all aspects of tactical application. A passionate photographer in her spare time, Shelley knows how to set the scene, sharpen the focus and frame her clients’ communications and marketing in ways that ensure picture perfect results.
Karina Goryachev
Karina, equipped with a Multimedia Design degree from Russia, has navigated through various design roles in her career. Settling in Perth with her husband in 2017, she passionately injects creativity into every project. Beyond the office, she cherishes artistic moments with her young family, seamlessly blending family and imagination into her vibrant life.
Lucinda Gray
With a Bachelor of Communications, an interest in consumer behaviour and a love of storytelling, Lucinda found her niche in education marketing. Lucinda loves the tapestry of the customer journey in schools, from the first touchpoint to enrolment and brand management, service delivery, alumni engagement and philanthropy. With her husband and young adult family, she loves to travel, catch up with friends and explore restaurants, preferably all at once.
Fiona Hood
With a background in communications marketing account management and extensive experience in high level administration, Fiona only sits still when applying her laser focus to getting things done. Deliberately leaping outside her comfort zone, she continually discovers and applies new insights and skills to delivering exactly what is needed. Fiona’s enthusiasm for exercise means she knows exactly how to get systems and school marketing into their very best shape.
Peter Ion
Pete is a design evangelist, solutions architect, art fundamentalist and coffee connoisseur. He is a highly regarded leader and creative who compels and inspires an ‘outside the box’ approach to insightful solutions. He is the Scooby Doo of the design world – he’s lovable and can sniff out a creative solution to any design challenge.
Cassandra Kirkpatrick
Cassandra loves using her background in stage and screen to explore creative solutions for her clients. With experience in marketing, communications and customer services across the performing arts world, she’s used to juggling a million things at once. Having returned to sunny Perth to escape the Chicago snow, you’ll find her out and about whenever she can: at a festival, catching a show or a footy game, or on adventures with her husband and needy dog Vlady.
Rita Kilroy
Rita is an experienced marketing expert with keen strategic insight and a focus on measurable results. Heralding from the Emerald Isle, Rita traded rolling hills and wet weather for the sunny shores and clean breaks of Australia in 2014. Away from the office, she can be found carving up the surf at the beach.
Vanessa Klomp
Vanessa knows education from the inside out. She’s ventured through several incarnations of educational administration (including the international language variety) and studied commerce, public relations and tourism. An avid traveller, she’s quick to understand different cultures and use her experience to shape and drive effective communications. She’s been face-to-face with gorillas and border security, so is ready to tackle any challenge!
Lauren Lambert
With an insightful, critical eye and unrelenting proofreading obsession, Lauren has the finer details covered. Add to that her vision and wide-ranging expertise in customer focus and support, and she will deliver what you need when you need it. Lauren’s just as passionate about getting lost in a book or a recipe and, with an avid green thumb, her focused mindset will definitely get your thumbs up.
Georgina Mallon
Georgina recently swapped coasts, moving west from Sydney to the other side of the country. Her background in technical marketing and the sport industry, and passion for performance marketing data, has allowed her to develop a diverse range of skills to score goals and go the extra mile for her clients. When she isn’t in the office you might catch her on the hockey pitch or exploring Perth’s parks with her kelpie Hazel.
Charlie Maughan
Host of imageseven’s SMC podcast, Charlie loves to combine strategy with creativity to tackle any client challenge. With a diverse range of media and not-for-profit experience, Charlie’s expertise is well-rounded. Originally from London, he has spent nearly a decade in Perth, honing his skills in the sector. When not in the office, you’ll find him doing something exhaustingly active with his wife, daughters and trusty Rottweiler, Billie.
Rachel Morse
Rachel has an unquenchable curiosity that has seen her study sociology, the environment and design (amongst other things). Having run her own successful business and worked in education, politics and the media she knows how to listen, learn, liaise and lead clients down the best path. With a husband and three teenage children at home, Rachel’s life sometimes feels like rom-com meets sit-com, so it’s just as well she loves screenwriting too.
Belinda McCubbin
With 20 years’ experience in marketing strategy and business management, Belinda is a passionate marketing leader; always looking for the best possible outcome for her clients. With in-house and agency experience in the education sector, Belinda offers clients her unique combination of tactical skill and executive leadership. An explorer at heart, Belinda loves nothing more than travelling the world and it’s this curiosity and drive that sees her go the extra mile for her clients.
Sushruth Menon
Sushruth is an ultimate team player, supporting the accounts and digital teams to keep every campaign running like a well-drilled match plan. With a Master’s in Digital Marketing, and experience in mental health and community service organisations, he blends teamwork, strategy, creativity and precision to land real wins for his clients and their goals. In his spare time, you’ll find him volunteering through Rotaract, cheering his favourite sports teams from the sidelines or out on the field himself.
Teshy Muralitharan
Armed with degrees in business and marketing, Teshy’s love for content creation and digital marketing ensures a client’s vision and strategies are woven together and delivered with the highest care. Away from the office, you will find Teshy in her very own sewing room designing and creating gorgeous outfits or on a long walk with her husband and friend, always with a coffee in hand.
Eleisha Perez
A wordsmith at heart, Eleisha knows how to use the written word to capture an audience’s attention. With experience in the not-for-profit writing sector and degrees in Professional Writing and Publishing and Creative Writing, Eleisha utilises her eye for detail on copyediting cut-through content. As a member of a youth-run tree planting organisation, she’s constantly sprouting ideas from the ground up.
Ben Patching
An all-rounder in the creative space, Ben is a passionate Graphic Designer with skills ranging from animation to print communications and everything in-between. Ben’s design journey began in 2019 when he started studying a Cert III Print Communications, later followed by a Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design. If he isn’t digging in the Adobe Suite, he can instead be found ‘crate digging’ to expand his vinyl collection.
Ryan Sandilands
With over 15 years’ experience in communications, brand and design, Ryan can’t help but see the world in pixels and typefaces. Armed with a Bachelor in Communications and diplomas in Design and Web Development, he crafts brands and websites that look sharp and think smart. When he’s not designing at work, he’s designing for fun — because when your hobby is your job, why fight it?
Pauline Shuttleworth
Pauline brings over 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications coupled with an unwavering dedication to delivering consistent results. An enthusiastic runner, Pauline approaches driving client success with the same rigour she applies to marathon training: stamina, consistency and a weather eye always cast firmly ahead to the finish line. Having lived and worked in diverse cultural landscapes across the world, she applies a strategic mindset and global outlook to secure a podium finish for her clients.
James Tindall
James is a keen cyclist who wants to ensure that, like him, you are leading the pack. Whether on the bike or at work, he delights in going the extra mile. Under the helmet there is a double degree in Commerce and Economics from The University of Western Australia, along with a wealth of marketing experience. Having attended independent schools himself, James is a wholehearted advocate for an independent school education.
Kelly Saillard
Kelly graduated from the Design Centre Enmore, one of Sydney’s finest design schools, before launching herself straight into the world of design, media and marketing. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in bringing creative projects to life across a broad range of media, she has a keen eye for detail and is skilled in managing events, communications and projects. Kelly loves to explore both land and sea, leaving no stone unturned in discovering the best outcomes for her clients.
Harrison Shearn
Harrison is passionate about digital marketing with a curious and entrepreneurial spirit. Execution is his favourite part of the process, where he believes true learning happens. He currently excels at leading the imageseven digital offerings and has worked to support small business owners across various industries prior to this. As imageseven’s AI Portfolio Leader, he ensures the team stays abreast of all developments in the AI space.
Rebecca Walker
Bec keeps imageseven in perfect harmony, bringing structure to complexity and setting the rhythm for smooth operations. As an experienced Executive Assistant, and proud wife and mum of two young boys, she is a master multitasker who juggles priorities with grace. By day, she streamlines processes, improves efficiencies and supports senior leadership, but off the clock she is a country music devotee and self-confessed shopaholic.
Suzanne Willcock
Suzanne is the Amelia Earhart of imageseven – one of our original pioneers and a highly regarded marketing and communications professional of over 20 years. She gets excited about nutting out the strategic and creative elements of marketing projects, while overseeing their tactical execution. She’s known to indulge in an occasional glass of ‘fizz’ and is an avid gym junkie.
