About the role

To support us in our next phase, we are now looking for an Account Executive to help us achieve our mission of reinventing how schools attract, enrol and retain students—because every family deserves to find the right school for them and their future.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of marketing communications for a defined number of clients within a group or office. You will work as part of a Crew, liaising directly with clients in a junior Crew Chief function or as a member of a team to support campaign and brand strategy execution.

You’ll provide a range of diverse services to clients, including:

  • Preparing high-quality written communication materials (e.g., newsletters, brochures, briefing documents, reports).
  • Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
  • Managing and implementing non-media communications, including events, video, promotions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Responding to media inquiries and monitoring media for client-relevant issues.
  • Assisting in project management, including developing and monitoring project plans and budgets.
  • Liaising with suppliers and negotiating supply in line with project objectives.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for account development.
  • Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of internal administration tasks, including timesheets and project tracking.

About you

We are looking for a team player who has:

  • a minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing agency with a B2B or education focus, OR three years’ experience managing in-house marketing communications.
  • strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt writing to different audiences.
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • experience in a range of communications consulting services.
  • a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
  • broad marketing and communications knowledge.
  • excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread and review materials accurately.
  • a tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • eligibility to work in Australia.

We are looking for a Mid-Tier Designer, who lives and breathes digital executions, to help us achieve our mission of reinventing how schools attract, enrol and retain students – because every family deserves to find the right school for them and their future.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering exciting visual outputs, be it digitally or traditionally, to support our clients’ strategic and operational objectives.

Whilst you will specialise on the digital executions (UI/UX, website and digital assets), you’ll also gain exposure to a range of diverse design services including, but not limited to:

  • brand development (stylescapes, design systems and logo development).
  • publications (internal and external, newsletters, magazines, brochures, annual reports).
  • marketing collateral (print and digital ads, event branding, signage).
  • campaign and content design (storyboarding, infographics, multi-channel creative).
  • art direction and collaboration (concept development, brand consistency).

About you

We are looking for a team player who has:

  • minimum of four years’ experience in a similar creative role.
  • great communicator.
  • strong administrative and project management skills.
  • excellent attention to detail.
  • eagerness to learn and develop themselves.

It’s a great time to be part of the imageseven team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Digital Marketing Team to support the planning, implementation and analysis of digital campaigns for our clients.

In this role, you’ll help deliver strategic marketing campaigns across a mix of paid and organic platforms, working alongside our Crew Chiefs and Client Success Leads. You’ll support content creation, performance reporting, and continuous optimisation—leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling platforms, eDM systems, and generative AI. Your ability to coordinate campaigns, interpret data, and contribute to team collaboration will be key to your success.

Key areas you’ll be involved in include:

  • planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads and Meta.
  • supporting the development of content and email campaigns, including testing and scheduling.
  • analysing campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics, and offering data-driven insights.
  • conducting keyword and market research to guide campaign direction.
  • collaborating with design and client teams to improve user experiences and lead generation outcomes.
  • staying up to date on industry trends and regulations, and contributing new ideas to improve digital delivery.
  • using AI tools to enhance campaign ideation, content creation, and reporting workflows.
