In this role you will be responsible for delivering administrative initiatives, representing the firm as front-of-house lead as well as providing ad hoc marketing support across the firm.

You’ll provide a range of administrative and marketing support across the firm through initiatives such as:

  • Proofreading and copywriting support.
  • Preparation of high-quality written materials for a range of non-media purposes e.g. speech notes, briefing documents, agendas, presentation decks and folders, proposals.
  • Leading front-of-house and client experience initiatives.
  • Assisting with the daily operations of the Perth Service Hub office.
  • the management of various internal communications, with a focus on building a strong digital footprint.

This position is a 12-month contract and would be perfect for a parent returning to work who would like the flexibility to work school hours.

 

About you

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the daily operations of the

    Develop/refine strategy execution and creative concepts
  • Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with key internal College staff
  • Coordinate and direct annual photoshoots and various video shoots on behalf of the client
  • Coordinate projects such as the development of websites/webpages, and execution of publications and programs
  • Engaging the client in marketing and communications projects, while ensuring the communications results are met
  • Support the team as a brand champion and editor from a whole School perspective

About you

We are looking for applicants with:

  • Tertiary qualification/s in a relevant field
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in an agency with B2B, or education focus; or a minimum of four years’ experience in managing in-house marketing communications
