About the role
It’s a great time to be part of the imageseven team. We’re in the midst of growth and we’ve got some exciting projects on the go. To support us in our next phase, we are now looking for a Digital Specialist/Analyst to help us achieve our mission of reinventing how schools attract, enrol and retain students — because every family deserves to find the right school for them and their future.

The role is based at imageseven’s Subiaco office and is ideal for an analytically minded person who loves data and talking numbers, has attention to detail and who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing the digital and social marketing strategies to support our clients’ objectives. This will require the highest standards of client service and quality of work.  

What you will be doing

  • Maintaining ownership of client digital campaigns across all platforms, including SEM, display and social media 
  • Developing key insights and strategies based on campaign results 
  • Digital audits and reporting 
  • Utilising a variety of marketing communication tools and platforms
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the team, including SEO, email marketing and website optimisation
  • Providing insights and advice to Account Managers and clients
  • Client relationship management 
  • Brand management. 

Success in this role requires strong digital campaign experience, great administrative skills, project management and the ability to build rapport/relationships with staff, clients and suppliers.

What you will need

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the full Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Ads and Google My Business)
  • Experience with managing and analysing paid social activity (Meta Business)
  • To be comfortable with other online platforms and their analytics
  • Experience with social media scheduling platforms and eDM platforms (Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp) and their analytics
  • Understanding of SEO and PPC (experience with aforementioned search console and WordPress Yoast)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, and the ability to solve problems and source solutions quickly
  • Able to quickly learn new online platforms and technologies
  • Implementation experience (Meta and Google Ads campaigns) highly valued
  • WordPress experience and maintenance (plugin and backup management) highly valued

In this role you will be based on-site at one of imageseven’s main education clients – one of Australia’s most respected Colleges, based in Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering positive communication outcomes that support their strategic and operational objectives. This is achieved through adherence to the highest standards of client service and quality of work.

In this role you will assist with the following:

  • publications (internal and external, newsletters, magazines, brochures, annual reports)
  • advertising
  • inbound marketing
  • media releases
  • brand management
  • online communications
  • websites and social media
  • promotional materials
  • events
  • other marketing communication tools as required.

About you

We are looking for a team player who has:

  • two years’ experience in an office or administrative based role
  • strong administrative skills and experience
  • superior writing skills
  • demonstrated interest in the digital space
  • great attention to detail
  • ability to understand data, reporting and technology.

In addition, you should also be:
