The challenge

imageseven had been working with Esperance Anglican Community School for some time across a number of projects in order to refine the branding and lift the profile of the School in the community. Seeking cost-efficient access to a suite of marketing tools, expertise and resources, the School became the first School Marketing Institute (SMI) member in 2015.

Lacking dedicated internal marketing resources and on a restricted budget, the School sought further assistance to execute its marketing and communications strategy in order to make full and efficient use of the marketing tools that are included in the SMI toolkit and allow a more focused and proactive approach to marketing activity.

In a declining marketplace, the School’s greatest objective was to optimise EACS’ position in the market to improve enrolment demand and retain existing enrolments.

The solution

To progress the effectiveness of marketing and communications activity, an enhanced partnership was created through imageseven’s Communication Support Program, providing off-site support to deliver a broad range of marketing and communications activities.

This partnership enabled the imageseven team to take a more pre-emptive and proactive approach to executing the School’s marketing and communications strategy and drew on the broad range of marketing expertise and skills within the team.

A focus on digital and content marketing saw website traffic increase by 63 percent over 12 months and excellent search engine optimisation (SEO) results with improvements in keyword rankings and significant growth in organic traffic.
